Preview

The Preview feature lets you view the document exactly as your counterparty will see it before sending, ensuring no important details are overlooked and everything appears as expected. You can seamlessly switch between mobile and computer views to ensure the content looks perfect on any device.

Access preview

• To access this feature, click on the Preview button in the top-right corner in your document.

An additional participant will appear in the preview under "Counterparty company" as an example. However, this participant is only displayed in the preview and will not be included in the actual document.

Switch between mobile and computer views

In the preview view, you can switch between mobile view and computer view, located in the top right corner, to see how the document will appear from the counterparty’s perspective on both devices.

NOTE
It is not possible to edit document in the Preview mode.
