Attachment settings
- Both you and your counterpart can add attachments. Click the settings cogwheel for the attachment section and select Allow counterparties to add attachments.
- You can make it required for your counterpart to upload an attachment. Click the settings cogwheel for the attachment section and select Require counterparty attachment.
- Keep in mind that attachments aren't interactive like Oneflows HTML documents. If you need input from a counterparty, it's better to consider making it a part of your document.
Require Attachment Signature
To ensure that participants review and sign the attachments, you can request attachment signature from your counterparties:
- Go to Templates and open your template
- Click on Settings > Signing and security > Enable Signing attachments is required
When the attachment signature feature is enabled, participants will be required to check a box confirming 'I have read the contract and all of its attachments' before they can proceed with signing.
Additionally, the audit trail will reflect that the attachments have been signed.
