Account Overview
In the Account Overview section, you can add and manage your company information.
Here, you can:
- Add your company name and registration number.
- Upload your logo.
- See your account ID and which plan you’re on.
Logo
When you upload your logo, it will appear In the invitation emails sent to document recipients and In the top corner when they open the document
This adds a professional, branded look to all your documents.
Company details
The company name, country, and registration number you add here will automatically appear in all created documents.
This means you won’t need to re-enter them every time you create a document.
NOTE The currency in your documents is set automatically based on the country you select.
Date format
You can also choose your preferred date format for the account.
This will apply everywhere in Oneflow — except for documents that have already been signed.
Style the email button
By default, the “Go to document” button in invitation emails is yellow.
You can easily change both the button color and the text color to match your brand and make your emails feel more personal.
