When a comment is added to the Oneflow contract, the Oneflow Comment: After Inert Flow creates an activity on the Opportunity including the comment content. This allows you to see real-time Oneflow comment messages from the Salesforce record Activity log without going to the Oneflow contract.
You can find this flow at Setup > Process Automation > Flows > Oneflow Comment: After Insert.
In the default setup, the values for Description, DurationInMinutes, StartDateTime, Subject, and WhatId are assigned to the Event object when a new record is created. You can override the default configuration to assign values to other fields of the Event object or change the default values mapped to the Event record based on your requirements.
