How to configure the flow to sync the contract value
When a Oneflow contract is created in Salesforce, you can pull information from any Salesforce object (including custom objects) to populate the contract value. By default, this flow automatically transfers the Opportunity amount to the Oneflow contract value. Although the default flow is based on the Opportunity object, you can customize it to work with any other object as well.
To use this feature, first enable it from the Oneflow Configuration Settings page.
After that, you need to enable the Oneflow Contract Value flow. You can find this flow at Setup > Process Automation > Flows > Oneflow Contract Value.
Flow inputs
The input to the flow is the ObjectApiName and the RecordId of the record from which the contract will be created.
How to customize the flow
The default flow implementation syncs the Opportunity Amount with the Oneflow contract value. However, you can customize this flow to sync any other Opportunity field as the contract value. To do this, change the property you want to map as the contract value in the Assign Amount Value Assignment variable Value field.
To select the property, click on the Value field. The Get Opportunity record dropdown will then appear. Next, choose the field you want to map as the contract value from the dropdown.
Finally, save the changes and activate the flow. Make sure to test the functionality before using it in the production environment.
