Electronic signatures are a convenient, cost-effective, and secure method for obtaining signatures on electronic documents. E-signatures hold legal validity in most countries worldwide, carrying equal legal weight and effect as traditional ink or handwritten signatures.
Oneflow provides two types of electronic signatures: Simple Electronic Signatures (SES) and Advanced Electronic Signatures (AdES).
Signing methods we offer
Electronic Identification (AdES)
Standard e-signature (SES)
Handwritten signature (SES)
A handwritten signature, often referred to as a wet ink signature, is suitable for cases where you prefer the signatory to provide their signature directly on the same device they are using. With this method, you can physically draw or write your signature, and it carries the same legal validity as a standard electronic signature (SES).
To create this signature, you can either use the mouse pointer to draw it manually or type your name and select the desired font style for the signature.
Oneflow does offer manual signing, and you may still use the benefits of the Oneflow archive and life cycles.
It is important to remember that the system will not generate legally binding electronic signatures for the document.
