- If you get the following message while installing your application, please ensure your Pipedrive and Oneflow accounts have admin rights. To check if your account has admin rights, follow the links below:

- The message below indicates that one of the automated processes run during the application installation has failed. If this occurs, please reinstall the app.
After enabling the Pipedrive extension in Oneflow and clicking Integration setup, you still need to install the Oneflow Contract Magic for Pipedrive application in your Pipedrive CRM before using the app. If this is your first time installing the app for your organization, please ensure your Pipedrive account has admin rights.
Note: Links to Oneflow contracts you create in Pipedrive will always be available to you.
Please press the Refresh data icon on the Oneflow app panel if this occurs. The system will fetch the data related to f the contract associated with the deal.
Also, make sure the Oneflow app panel is expanded. Click the Expand icon if it's collapsed.
To check if your Oneflow account has admin rights, log in to the Oneflow web app and click the avatar icon in the top-right part of the application.
View the account role under your account name:
Administrator: your account has admin rights
User: your account has user rights.
Note: If you need a Oneflow account with admin rights, please contact your organization's Oneflow administrator.
To check if your Pipedrive account has admin rights, log in to the Pipedrive web app and click the avatar icon in the top-right part of the application.
