Oneflow for Salesforce supports different workflows related to products in Salesforce.
Out-of-the-box, products (OpportunityLineItem) in an opportunity are automatically transferred to the Oneflow contract when a contract is created. To use this functionality, ensure the Oneflow template has only one Product Table. Additionally, our app is flexible enough to work with products and Quote PDF and Quotes (from Quote-to-cash engines like Salesforce CPQ).
Workflow for products
Products (OpportunityLineItem) in an opportunity are automatically sent to Oneflow on contract creation.
The following fields are transferred to Oneflow:
- Product Name (Configurable)
- Product Description (Configurable)
- Product Quantity (Configurable)
- Product Unit Price (Configurable)
- Product Discount (Configurable)

Oneflow for Salesforce works with quotes if the products in the quote are synced back to the opportunity.

Workflow for CPQ quotes
Oneflow for Salesforce works with products and PDF quotes from Salesforce CPQ based on syncing the quote shown above or by saving quotes directly to the opportunity as shown here.
