Grant access to a workspace

Workspace access

In order for users to be able to work within the workspaces you have on your account, users first need to gain access.

In this article, you as an account administrator will learn how you can invite users and groups to your workspaces.

NOTE
When a user gets access to a workspace from multiple groups or a combination of group access and user access, the user will receive the combined permissions from the different roles.

Grant user access to a workspace

  1. Go to  Admin > Workspaces.
  2. Click on the action menu > Grant user access.
  3. Choose user and what role the user should have in the selected workspace > Confirm.

Grant group access to a workspace

GROUPS ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ENTERPRISE PLAN
  1. Go to Admin > Workspaces.
  2. Click on the action menu > Grant group access.
  3. Choose group and what role the group should have in the selected workspace > Confirm.
