Import Signed Contracts from Oneflow to Salesforce.

Please be aware that imported Contracts are not updated when changes are made on Oneflow.

Out-of-the-box contracts created directly on Oneflow don't show up on Salesforce, compared to contracts created from Salesforce which always appear on both systems, Salesforce and Oneflow.

Oneflow Contracts are saved on Salesforce as a record of Oneflow Contracts, so for each Oneflow Contract created there will be a new record on Salesforce, meaning that importing a contract is the same a create a new Oneflow Contract record into Salesforce.

In order to import a Contract:

  1. CSV file, with the list of Contracts to import to Oneflow.
  2. Add an extra collum in order to map a record to another record.
  3. Use Data Import Wizard to import the .csv file.
  4. Double-check that the contracts got imported.

Let's take a look at an example, where we are important contract created on Oneflow that should be list on an Opportunity:

Given a CSV file, with one column for Contract Name, another for contract id, and one collum for Contract Status.

Tip: Contract ID can be taken from the contract's url.

Add another column for Opportunity, so that this imported contract is placed under that Opportunity.

Use Data Import to import the .csv file
