If you need to reassign an existing users account to someone else in your company, you can definitely do that by taking over an existing users profile. You might need this when an employee leaves and their seat needs to be transferred to another employee.
How to take over an account
- Click the user account icon in the bottom left part of the Oneflow app > My profile.
- The person who owns the user account needs to reset the password. The new password will later be used by the new user to log in.
- Now is the time to change the e-mail address and other personal details. Start by clicking edit.
- Change the user name and e-mail address and enter the new password, click Confirm.
- The system will send a registration email to the new e-mail address. Make sure the recipient opens the email to confirm the registration process.
Note: We also recommend the new user to change the password when they log in for the first time by clicking on the user profile icon > My Profile and on the Profile tab click on Change Password.
