Contract Overview for HubSpot Companies
The Contract Overview feature provides a centralized, single source of truth for every Oneflow contract related to a company within HubSpot.
Key Benefits
- A single source of truth: The tab on Company records shows every contract associated with that company (even if the contract was created via a deal that relates to that company).
- The full picture: See contracts created directly from the company, plus all contracts from its associated deals.
- Find contracts instantly: Instantly search through your contract list by name, and filter the list by associated deal without ever leaving HubSpot.
- At-a-glance clarity: View key contract metadata like status (Draft/Pending/Signed), creation date, last update, and a direct link to the document in Oneflow.

Use case:
An Account Manager, Sarah, is preparing for a quarterly business review with a major client, "Global Tech Inc."
- The Challenge: Before the Contract Overview feature, Sarah had to open multiple closed and open deal records associated with Global Tech to find their original SLA contract. This was time-consuming and ran the risk of missing a key document.
- The Solution: Now, Sarah simply navigates to the "Global Tech Inc." company page in HubSpot and clicks the Oneflow Contracts tab. In a single view, she sees the original SLA contract, created directly on the company record.
- She uses the search bar to instantly find the specific SLA she needs and sorts the list by creation date to review the history of their SLAs. In under a minute, she has a complete picture of the entire contractual relationship, allowing her to enter the meeting fully prepared and confident.
