Getting Started with Cinode

This article explains how you integrate and get started with the Cinode - Oneflow integration.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The setup has to be done by an administrator in both systems.
  • Log in to both Oneflow and Cinode using the same email address
  • Manager, Recruiter, or Partner Manager permission level in Cinode, and access to the Cinode Business, Recruit, or Partner module. The Oneflow integration is an add-on in Cinode.
  • Only Oneflow workspaces that contain at least one active Cinode template will be available for selection in Cinode.

In Oneflow

Activate the Cinode Integration

  1. Log in to Oneflow as an administrator and navigate to Marketplace.

  2. Scroll down to Cinode and click on Enable.

  3. Copy the API token that is generated and displayed when the integration is enabled.

NOTE
The token is only shown once, so save it before closing the dialog. If you lose it, disable and enable the integration again to generate a new token.

In Cinode

Configure Oneflow Settings

  1. Go to Administration > Integrations > Apps and select the Oneflow app.
  2. Click Install and then Accept & Install.
  3. Open Settings on the Oneflow app page and paste the API token you copied from Oneflow, then save.
