This article explains how to create documents through the Cinode – Oneflow integration.

REQUIREMENTS

  • You need a Oneflow and Cinode account registered with the same email address.
  • The Oneflow integration needs to be installed and configured in Cinode.
  • The template needs to be published.
  • The template needs to be assigned to the Cinode Template Playbook.
  • The user needs permission in Oneflow to create documents from the template.

In Oneflow

Create a document template for Cinode

  1. Navigate to the desired workspace and open the Templates tab.
  2. Click Create template to open the template editor.
  3. Create and customize the template as needed.
  4. Open the Data fields tab and select Cinode Template from the Playbooks dropdown.
  5. Add any data fields that should be automatically populated with information from Cinode.
  6. Click Publish to activate the template.

NOTE

You can also make an existing template available in Cinode by assigning it to the Cinode Template Playbook and publishing it.

In Cinode

Create a contract

You can create Oneflow contracts from projects and candidate profiles in Cinode.

  1. Open an existing Project or Candidate profile.
  2. Locate the Oneflow documents widget.
  3. Click the + icon to create a new contract.
  4. Select the appropriate Oneflow workspace and template.
  5. Review the contract information and add the required participants.
  6. Create the contract.

Your contract has been created and can now be opened, reviewed, and managed in Oneflow.

Include roles in project contracts

Roles can be automatically added as products when you create a contract from a Cinode project. The selected Oneflow template must contain one product table.

The product table is populated as follows:

NameDescriptionPrice 1Price 2Value
{role name} – {role extent}Period: {start} – {end}; Assigned: {assigned person} – {role description}{currency code} {rate}/hBlankBlank

Troubleshooting

  • If a workspace is unavailable in Cinode, confirm that it contains at least one published template assigned to the Cinode Template Playbook.
  • If a template is unavailable, confirm that it is published and assigned to the correct Playbook.
  • If you cannot create a contract, confirm that you have permission to create documents from the selected template.
  • If your accounts cannot be connected, confirm that the same email address is used in Oneflow and Cinode.
