Linked data fields are not populated when a contract is created in Upsales
If the information (email, address, phone number) about the counterparty is not automatically populated in a contract created in Upsales, please consider the following:
- If no contact is selected in the deal, the system will not send that contact's information to Oneflow, and the data fields in the contract will not be populated.
Price data fields not syncing
Verify the 'Price column settings' in the Oneflow app in Upsales. Ensure the recurring charges and one-off charges are not set to 'Don't sync'. See Manage product data fields to learn more.
