Delegate signing rights

As a document recipient, you can delegate your signature for the document to a more appropriate person:

  1. Open the document and click More options > Delegate signing.
  2. The Delegate signing rights menu will display > Add the other persons details and write additional information in the message section > Click Delegate.
  3. The system will automatically assign the person as a Signatory, and your role will be changed to Influencer.
