This article explains how you integrate and get started with the Ipool - Oneflow integration.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The setup has to be done by an administrator in both systems: a Oneflow user with administrator rights and an Ipool user with the Admin role.
  • Everyone who will create documents from Ipool needs a Oneflow user and the Admin, Payroll or Invoicing role in Ipool.
  • Keep both systems open during the setup. It is done once and takes about 15 minutes.
  • Ipool is in Swedish by default. This article uses Ipool’s English names, with the Swedish name in parentheses the first time. To show Ipool in English, click EN at the top right.

Activate the Ipool Integration

  1. Log in to Oneflow as an administrator and navigate to Marketplace.

  2. Scroll down to Ipool, click it and then click on Enable.

  3. When the integration is enabled, the Oneflow system generates an API token. The token is only shown once, so copy it and save it until you have pasted it into Ipool. If you lose it, disable the integration and enable it again to generate a new token.

Configure Oneflow Settings

  1. In Ipool, go to Settings (Inställningar) > Integrations (Integrationer) > Oneflow.
  2. Paste the Oneflow API token into Token from Oneflow (Token från Oneflow) and click Connect (Anslut). Ipool confirms the connection and adds two integration blueprints to your Oneflow account: Ipool – Anställning for employee documents and Ipool – Kund for customer documents.
  3. Go to Who creates documents (Vem skapar dokument). Under Oneflow user (Oneflow-användare), where it says Not mapped (Inte kopplad), choose the matching Oneflow user for yourself and for each colleague who will create documents. Each choice is saved immediately.
  4. Anyone who is not linked is marked Cannot create documents (Kan inte skapa dokument). If a colleague is missing from the list, a Oneflow administrator first adds them as a user in Oneflow.

The Oneflow integration is now active! Learn how to use data fields here, and how to create a contract here.
