This article explains how you integrate and get started with the Google Workspace - Oneflow integration. The add-on works with Google Docs and Google Slides.

REQUIREMENTS

  • An administrator must enable the integration in Oneflow and generate the API token. You do not need to be a Google Workspace administrator to install the add-on.
  • Log in to both Oneflow and Google using the same email address
  • A Oneflow template with exactly one PDF section and the Google Workspace Template playbook.

In Oneflow

Activate the Google Workspace Integration

  1. Log in to Oneflow as an administrator and navigate to Marketplace.

In Google Workspace

Configure Oneflow Settings

  1. Visit the Google Workspace Marketplace, search for the Oneflow add-on and click Install, then Continue.
  2. Choose the Google account you want to use the add-on with and allow Oneflow to access the required Google resources.
  3. Click BEGIN AUTHORIZATION when the add-on asks for additional authorization.
  4. Open the add-on, click the Settings icon > Connect with your Oneflow account, paste the API token and click Authenticate.
  5. Grant access to the users who should be able to use the add-on (select users individually or click SELECT ALL) and click Next. You can add more users later via ADD MORE USERS.

The Oneflow integration is now active! Open a Google Doc or Slide, open the Oneflow add-on and click the Create contract icon to create your first contract. Read more about creating contracts here.

Re-authenticate the add-on

A Oneflow administrator can re-authenticate the add-on when the API token needs to be changed or rotated.

  1. Open the Oneflow add-on.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. Click Connect to your Oneflow account.
  4. Click Re-authenticate.
  5. Enter the new API token and complete the authentication process.
