This article explains how you integrate and get started with the Pipedrive - Oneflow integration.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The first-time setup has to be done by an administrator in both systems. After that, each non-admin user installs the app for themselves.
  • Log in to both Oneflow and Pipedrive using the same email address
  • Pipedrive has to be included in your Oneflow plan, and the administrator needs access to the Marketplace.
  • Only Oneflow workspaces that contain at least one active Pipedrive template are displayed in Pipedrive.
  • Non-admin users must belong to the organization's Oneflow account. If you do not, ask your Oneflow administrator to invite you.
  • We recommend signing in to both Pipedrive and Oneflow before you start the installation.

INFORMATION

When the initial installation and setup is completed for your organization, every non-admin user who wants to use the integration has to install the app individually before they can create documents from Pipedrive.

  1. Go to the Pipedrive Marketplace, search for Oneflow and click Install now.
  2. Review the application permission list and click Allow and Install to provide the required permissions.
  3. If your administrator has already installed the application and completed the setup, the message "Integration setup successful" is displayed. You can now create documents from a deal, organization, or person in Pipedrive.
