NOTE

All published Oneflow templates assigned to the Pipedrive playbook can be used to create contracts from deals, organizations, and people in Pipedrive.

In Pipedrive

Create a contract

INFORMATION

  • You can create up to 10 Oneflow contracts from each Pipedrive deal, organization, or person.
  • When creating a contract from a deal, the deal must have at least one participant or an associated organization with linked contacts.
  • If a participant is not associated with an organization in Pipedrive, add the participant to the contract as an Individual.
  1. Open the Deal, Organization, or Person from which you want to create the contract.
  2. Locate the Oneflow app panel in the left pane.
  3. Click Create contract.
  4. If prompted when using the app for the first time, click Continue to the App.
  5. Enter the required contract details:
    • Contract name: The deal name is entered automatically, but you can edit it.
    • Workspace: Select the Oneflow workspace containing your template.
    • Template: Select the Oneflow template you want to use.
    • Contacts: Select the contacts you want to add as participants.
    • Type: Select Organization or Individual.
    • Role in contract: Assign each participant the Signatory, Influencer, or Viewer role.
  6. Once all required information has been entered, click Create contract.
  7. Review and edit the draft contract in Oneflow.
  8. Send the contract when it is ready.

Your contract has been created! You can access it and follow its progress from the associated object in Pipedrive.

Create a contract with products

Products added to a Pipedrive deal can be transferred to a product table in the Oneflow contract.

REQUIREMENT

The selected Oneflow template must contain a product table before products can be transferred from Pipedrive.

  1. Open the relevant deal in Pipedrive.
  2. Confirm that the deal contains the products you want to transfer.
  3. To add a product, click + Products.
  4. In the Oneflow app panel, click Create contract.
  5. Select a Oneflow template containing a product table.
  6. Select the contacts you want to add as contract participants.
  7. Click Create contract.

The products will be transferred to the product table in the Oneflow contract.

PRODUCT MAPPING

  • One-time products are transferred to the Price 1 column.
  • Products with annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly billing are transferred to the Price 2 column.
  • If one price column is disabled, prices appear in the enabled column. If both are disabled, prices are hidden but remain stored in the document until a column is enabled again.
  • The transferred quantity is calculated as the product quantity multiplied by the number of billing cycles.
  • If the billing cycles are set to automatic, Oneflow calculates the cycles for one year: annual = 1, quarterly = 4, monthly = 12, and weekly = 52.
  • Products using Pipedrive’s older duration fields are transferred to the Price 2 column.
  • If a product is tax-inclusive, its taxed value appears in a separate row.
  • Only discounts saved on the product record are transferred. Additional discounts added through Pipedrive’s Add discount feature are not transferred.

Troubleshooting

  • If a workspace or template is unavailable, confirm that the template is published and assigned to the Pipedrive Playbook.
  • If you cannot create a contract, confirm that you are logged in to Oneflow and Pipedrive with the same email address.
  • If the Create contract button remains unavailable, confirm that all required contract details have been entered.
  • If you are creating a contract from a deal, confirm that the deal has at least one participant or an associated organization with linked contacts.
  • If products are not transferred, confirm that the deal contains products and that the selected template includes a product table.
  • If product prices are not visible, confirm that the relevant price columns are enabled in the template’s product table.
