Introduction

Pipedrive brings a lot of opportunities and features to extend your usage to Oneflow.

INFORMATION

Oneflow Support is available to provide basic configuration & setup support, while an advanced and custom setup may come at an additional cost.

Prerequisites

To be able to use this integration, your Oneflow account will have to fulfill these conditions:

Requirements

  • You have Pipedrive included in your plan.
  • You are an administrator of the account with access to the Marketplace.
  • You must have an account in Oneflow and Pipedrive with the same email.
  • Only workspaces with at least one active Pipedrive template are displayed.
  • If you set up the Oneflow app for the first time for your organization, you need the admin role in Pipedrive and Oneflow.
  • We recommend signing in to your Pipedrive and Oneflow accounts before starting the installation and setup process.
