Delegate signing rights for a document

As a document recipient, you can delegate your signature for the document to a colleague:

  1. Open the document and click More options > Delegate signing.
  2. The Delegate signing rights menu will display. Add your colleague's details and write additional information in the message section. Click Delegate.
  3. The system will automatically assign the colleague as a Signatory, and your role will be changed to Influencer.
