Oneflow offers several ways to deliver a contract to a counterparty.
Provided that you have enabled them, three options will be available:
- SMS
- Same device.
Note:
Please note that only Administrators can enable other delivery methods besides e-mail.
The most common way to deliver a contract is an e-mail. To use this method:
- Open or create a contract.
- Fill in your counterparty's e-mail address.
- Add and click Send.
Your counterpart will receive an e-mail with a link to your contract. You can sign the contract right in the application using the Sign button.
SMS
If you select SMS as a delivery channel, once you hit Send, the system will send an SMS invitation, which will cost a 1-2 SEK (depending on the length of your message).
An Administrator needs to enable SMS for your user accounts first:
- Navigate to Admin > Extensions and enable the SMS extensions.
To select SMS as a delivery channel:
- Open or create a contract.
- Fill in your counterparty's details, including the phone number.
- Select SMS as the Delivery channel and click Add.
- When you send the contract, your counterparty will receive an SMS with a link to the contract. If they wish, they can forward the contract to their e-mail.
Same device
This delivery channel is used when your counterparty can view your offer on your device, perhaps in a store or a meeting.
To select Same device as a delivery channel:
- Open or create a contract.
- Add a counterparty and fill in all necessary fields.
- In the Delivery channel dropdown menu, select Same device.
- Click the link provided in the right sidebar menu.
A new tab will open where your counterparty can confirm their identity and sign. Your counterparty can also send an offer to themself by providing their e-mail address before and after signing.
Note:
The Same device delivery method will require a Signatory counterpart to confirm their identity via SMS verification or electronic identification (BankID). Read more about SMS verification and signing here.
