The ability to delete a document depends on your role in the workspace where the document lives.
By default, only Managers can delete documents. If there are other roles created on the account you may have to view the roles permissions.
- Go to the document you wish to delete.
- Click on the Action menu > Delete.
- Confirm that you wish to delete the document.
Since the system does not notify counterparty's that the document has been deleted, you may want to inform the participants yourself.
If you want to automate the deletion of documents, you have the option to set automatic deletion and data retention.
