Getting started with Intelliplan

This article explains how you integrate and get started with the Intelliplan - Oneflow integration.

REQUIREMENTS

The setup has to be done by an administrator in both systems.
Log in to both Oneflow and Intelliplan using the same email address
You need an Intelliplan account, and the Oneflow integration has to be enabled on the Intelliplan side. If you are unsure how to do this, contact support@intelliplan.se for assistance.
You need to know your company's Intelliplan subdomain. Contact Intelliplan support if you are uncertain.

In Oneflow

Log in to Oneflow as an administrator and navigate to Marketplace.
Scroll down to Intelliplan, click on it, and then tap on Enable.
Copy the API token shown in the window that appears and save it securely.

NOTE
The token is only displayed once. If you lose it, disable and enable the integration again to generate a new one.
Go to Marketplace > Intelliplan and click the Edit (pen) icon next to Subdomain to enter your Intelliplan subdomain, so status changes in Oneflow are synced to Intelliplan. If you are uncertain about your subdomain, please contact Intelliplan support.

Send the API token from Oneflow to support@intelliplan.se. Intelliplan completes the connection on their side.
Go to Administration > Contracts in Intelliplan.
Click the Oneflow template you want to use and click Activate to sync it.

NOTE
This step requires that the templates in Oneflow has the Intelliplan Playbook assigned to them. You can read more how to set it up here.
