Remove access to a workspace

As an administrator you can remove access to a workspace when a user no longer should have access to the workspace documents and templates. There are two possible ways to remove access. Below you will learn the two ways.

How to remove workspace access via Workspaces

  1. Go to Admin > workspaces.
  2. Click on the action menu > Edit > Access.
  3. Find the user or group whose access you want to revoke > Click on the action menu > Remove access.
  4. Click Remove.

How to remove workspace access via Users

  1. Go to Admin > Users.
  2. Find the user whose access you want to revoke > Click on the action menu > Edit > Workspace - access.
  3. Click on the action menu > Remove access
  4. Click Remove.
