Oneflow for Salesforce supports different workflows related to Products on Salesforce.
Out-of-the-box when Products (OpportunityLineItem) are present on an Opportunity they automatically transferred to Oneflow Contract when a contract is created. To use this functionality make sure the Oneflow Template has only one Product Table. Additionally, our app is flexible enough not just to work with Products but also Quote PDF and Quotes (from Quote-to-cash engines like Salesforce CPQ).
Workflow for Products
Products (OpportunityLineItem) present on an Opportunity are automatically sent to Oneflow on contract creation.
Out-of-the-box the following fields are transferred to Oneflow:
- Product Name
- Product Description
- Product Quantity
- Product Unit Price
- Product Discount

Oneflow for Salesforce works with Quotes as long as the Products on Quote are being synced back to the Opportunity.

Workflow for CPQ Quotes
Oneflow for Salesforce works both with Products and PDF Quotes from Salesforce CPQ based on syncing of the quote shown above or by saving quotes directly to the opportunity as shown here.
