Adding an Organizer


Lets say you're going on vacation and you need one of your colleagues to be able to handle (receive life cycle notifications and cancel or terminate contract) your contracts while you're away, what to do?


Go to a contract- Under participants, click Add colleague- the alternative Organizer will already be selected- choose your colleague- write a private message- add.



Your colleague will receive a notification e-mail with an invite to the contract and can now access it as an Organizer. This gives them the same permissions as you have.


NOTE: Adding an Organizer will not show in the Audit trail and counterparts will not see or be notified of this change at any stage of the contract.

This function is strictly internal as a way for you to share the administration of contracts when needed.
