User roles

Oneflow features two user roles :

  • Standard user has access to Oneflow. This is the default user role. 
  • Administrator not only gives access to Oneflow but also grants access to all administration features such as inviting users, creating collections or managing the account details. 

Adding users manually

  1. Go to the Users & Groups module
  2. Select the Users tab
  3. Choose + Invite user and enter the user details
  4. Select Confirm to finalize the process

The user will receive an email to complete the registration process.

  • Optionally, you can specify one or multiple groups the user should be added to.
  • All users will be automatically added to the oneflow-users group.
