For the application Oneflow for Salesforce to work properly the user must be granted access to certain standard fields on standard Salesforce objects and granted permission to use the Oneflow for Salesforce application.

Permission sets

The easiest way to ensure that your users have the requisite permissions is to grant them one of two permissions sets, that comes with the Oneflow for Salesforce application.

  • Oneflow Administrator - Gives the user requisite permissions required to create and view contracts. Also gives the user permission to delete signed Oneflow contracts from Salesforce.
  • Oneflow User - Same as above, but without the permission to delete signed Oneflow contracts from Salesforce.
