Oneflow features two user roles :
- Standard user has access to Oneflow. This is the default user role.
- Administrator not only gives access to Oneflow but also grants access to all administration features such as inviting users, creating collections or managing the account details.
Adding users manually
- Go to the Users & Groups module
- Select the Users tab
- Choose + Invite user and enter the user details
- Select Confirm to finalize the process

The user will receive an email to complete the registration process.

- Optionally, you can specify one or multiple groups the user should be added to.
- All users will be automatically added to the oneflow-users group.
