Oneflow's powerful permissions allow you to manage what users can access (Collections) and what can be done (Member roles). 


Administrators can view and edit the different Collection roles from the Users & Groups module

Note

  • All roles, but the Manager role, can be edited to suit your needs
  • New roles can not be created


Administrators can grant group and user access to a Collection.



Grant group access to a Collection


  1. Go to the Collections module
  2. Select a Collection
  3. Select the Access tab
  4. Select + Grant group access
  5. Select the group and the role the group should have in the selected Collection

  4. Select + Grant user access
  5. Select the user and the role the user should have in the selected Collection

Note: 

  • If your company is only using the Oneflow- Collection and the Administrator makes no changes to the permissions, the Users will by default have the member role; Contributor.
