Changing the expiry date of contracts will give you and your recipient more time to discuss, edit and sign your final agreement.

Single contracts
You can change expiry dates for contracts marked "Pending" and "Overdue", both in the archive view and in the contract view.


To change expiry dates in the archive view, find your contract and click on "Change expiry date".



To change expiry dates in the contract view, open the contract and click on the underlined dates below the "Sign"-button.

A calendar will appear where you can select and save a new date of expiry. This new expiry date will apply to this contract only.


Changing an expiry date will not reset any signatures. Your counterpart(s) will be notified of any expiry date changes via email, and the change will be added to the contract audit trail.
