This article explains how to use data fields with the Jobylon - Oneflow integration. Data fields allow you to automatically pass information between Jobylon and your Oneflow contracts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Your Oneflow template must have the Jobylon Playbook assigned.
  • The Jobylon integration must be enabled in Oneflow.

INFORMATION

❌ This integration DOES NOT support custom data fields.

Playbooks

Each integration has its own Playbook in Oneflow. This Playbook works as a link for both visibility and information transfer between Oneflow and Jobylon. When you assign the Jobylon Playbook to your Oneflow template, data fields from Jobylon become available to map into your contract.

In Oneflow

Map Data Fields to Your Template

  1. Open your Oneflow template and click the Data fields icon in the side panel.
  2. From the Playbooks dropdown, select Jobylon Template.
  3. Place your cursor where you want the data field to appear, then click the tag icon (Insert data field) in the toolbar.
  4. Select the field you want to insert and click Confirm.
  5. Repeat for all fields you want to map, then Publish your template.

When you create a contract from Jobylon, the data fields will automatically populate with information from the Jobylon record.
