Looking for a specific document or need to find documents based on their content? With Content search, you can search across the full content of your documents and find the right contract faster.
Content search lets you search text in document sections created in Oneflow, making it easier to find documents that contain specific information, terms, clauses, or wording.
Refine search
Next to the search bar, you’ll find additional options to refine your search.
You can, for example, choose exact match or limit your search to specific sections of the document, helping you find more precise results.
In addition to content search, you can also search using document data such as participant information, document ID, status, and more.

Supported languages for PDF Content Search
PDF text search is supported for the following languages. If your PDF is in another language, it may not be searchable:

FAQ
Will search still work if I misspell a word?
- It ignores the first 2 characters of your query when checking for typos.
- After that, it allows 1 typo (one changed/added/removed character).
- Fuzzy search is only used when your search query is under 20 characters.
Why do I sometimes get more results with a longer search query?
Search matches documents that contain any of the words in your search query. If you want to narrow the results, try using an exact search (so the result must match your phrase exactly).
How does Content Search handle accents and special characters?
Content Search simplifies most letters when you search, so accents and special characters are usually ignored (for example, é is treated like e). However, Swedish letters å, ä, ö are kept as their own letters and aren’t simplified.
What is included in different search filters
Document Content filter lets you search within the main content of your documents, including:
- Text, including alt text for images
- Video - video title is searchable
- Duration
- Form
- Product table and product summation
- PDF document
Attachments lets you search in PDF attachments only. You can also search by the attachment file name.
If you don’t select any filters, Content Search will search all available content.
