This article explains how to use data fields with the Adocka - Oneflow integration. Data fields allow you to automatically pass information between Adocka and your Oneflow contracts.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Your Oneflow template must have the Adocka Playbook assigned.
  • The Adocka integration must be enabled in Oneflow.

INFORMATION

❌ This integration DOES NOT support custom data fields.

Playbooks

Each integration has its own playbook in Oneflow. This Playbook works as a link for both visibility and information transfer between Oneflow and Adocka. When you assign the Adocka Playbook to your Oneflow template, data fields from Adocka become available to map into your contract.

In Oneflow

Map Data Fields to Your Template

  1. Open your Oneflow template and click the Data fields icon in the side panel.
  2. From the Playbooks dropdown, select Adocka Template.
  3. The data fields are now available and you can place them in a form field or a text section.
  4. Select the field you want to insert and click Confirm.
  5. Repeat for all fields you want to map, then Publish your template.

When you create a contract from Adocka, the data fields will automatically populate with information from the Adocka record.
