“My profile” settings

In My profile, you can manage your personal settings in Oneflow. This includes your personal details, signature, language, date format, timezone, notifications, message templates, password, email address, and two-step authentication.

Profile

In the Profile section, you can update your personal details, such as:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Title

To update your profile details:

  1. Go to My profile > Click Edit.
  2. Update your details > Click Confirm.

User signature

You can add a personal signature to your profile. The signature is automatically added to the end of each message you write before sending a document.

To add or update your user signature:

  1. Go to "My profile" > Click Edit.
  2. Enter your signature text > Confirm.

Language

You can change the application language to make Oneflow easier and more comfortable to use.

  1. Go to "My profile" > Click Edit.
  2. Select your preferred language > Confirm.

Change Password and Email address

You can update your password and email address from your profile settings.

Date format and timezone

You can choose how dates are displayed and which timezone Oneflow should use for your profile.

These settings affect what you see in the application, for example:

  • Document lists
  • Template lists
  • Document information
  • Audit trails

Notifications

Each user can choose which notifications they want to receive from Oneflow.

By default, all notifications are turned on. If you want to stop receiving a specific notification, you need to turn it off while logged in to your account.

Two-step authentication for login

Two-step authentication adds an extra layer of security to your Oneflow account. When enabled, you will need to complete an additional verification step when logging in.
