Image section

The Image section allows you to add visual elements such as headers, cover images, or branded content to your documents. It’s designed to help you create more engaging and personalized contracts by combining images and text.

In the Image section, the focus is on visuals, giving you the flexibility to:

  • Display images in full width and other sizes.
  • Use text overlay directly on the image.
  • Add ALT text to your images.

Upload and image

  1. Open a document or template > Add an Image section.
  2. Upload your image.

Once added, you can customize the layout:

  • Align the image to left, center, or right.
  • Choose the size: small, medium, large, or full width > Click save.

Add text overlay

If you want to display text directly on top of an image:

  1. Click on the image > Select Text overlay.
  2. Add your text, size and color > choose its position > click save.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Text overlay is limited to a maximum of 80 characters.
  • You can choose from up to 9 different positions on the image.
  • Only one text overlay can be added per image.
  • Text overlay does not support formatting or editor tools.
  • Click Save to apply and preview your changes.

Add caption to an image

To add text below an image, click on the image and select Add caption.

The caption uses the standard editor toolbar, allowing you to format your text. Please note that some formatting options may be limited.

If you want to combine longer text with an image in a different position and use more advanced formatting options, we recommend using a Text section instead.
