Clearing cookies for Oneflow

Oneflow uses cookies to store session information so you can stay signed in. In rare cases, these cookies may lead to unexpected behavior. If you experience unusual issues, clearing cookies for the Oneflow domain can be a useful troubleshooting step. Below you’ll find instructions for how to do this in the most common browsers.

Google Chrome
  1. Go to app.oneflow.com or oneflow.com.
  2. Click on the "toggles" icon to the left of the address bar.
  3. Go to "Cookies and site data", and then "Manage on-device site data".
  4. Click on the trash bin icons on every option listed here - both app.oneflow.com and oneflow.com. This will cause you to be signed out of Oneflow.
  5. Reload the page, and sign in again.

Safari
  1. Click on Safari in the top bar > ⚙ Settings.
  2. Navigate to "Privacy".
  3. Click on "Manage Website Data...", and then select "oneflow.com".
  4. Click on "Remove all", and then confirm the action.
  5. Reload the page, and sign in again.

Firefox
  1. Go to app.oneflow.com or oneflow.com.
  2. Click on the "lock" icon to the left of the address bar.
  3. Click on "Clear cookies and site data..."
  4. Confirm the dialogue that appears here by clicking on "Remove".
  5. Reload the page, and sign in again.

Edge
  1. Go to app.oneflow.com or oneflow.com.
  2. Click on the "lock" icon to the left of the address bar.
  3. Go to "Cookies and site data", and then tap on "Cookies" to continue.
  4. Select each option individually, and press Remove.
  5. Once all items are gone, click on "Done".
  6. Reload the page, and sign in again.
