This guide walks you through the integration process between Oneflow and Good Sign, ensuring your documents are set up correctly for seamless e-signing.
Step 1: Enable Good Sign in Oneflow
- Log in to Oneflow as an administrator.

Navigate to Marketplace > Good Sign.
- Click Enable to activate the integration.
- Copy the API token and save it securely for later use.

IMPORTANT You will not be able to view the API token again once you navigate away from this page. Ensure you have saved it securely before proceeding. |
Step 2: Select or create a workspace
- Select an existing workspace or create a new one. All Good Sign-generated contracts will appear in this workspace. Learn more: Create a workspace.

Navigate to Admin > Workspaces and select your workspace.

Copy the Workspace ID and save it for later use.
Step 3: Create a template
- Navigate to the Templates page and click Create template. Enter a name for the template.

In Template settings > General > Default role in document, select Organizer.
- Click Data fields in the side panel.
- From the Select template group dropdown, choose Good Sign Templates.
- Click Upload PDF in the document area to add your contract template.
- Click Save and Publish.

Return to the Templates page and copy the Template ID.

Step 4: Configure Good Sign

Log in to Good Sign and navigate to CPQ Forms. Click the Settings icon.

Click E-Signing.

Turn on the E-signing toggle and select Oneflow from the E-Signing provider dropdown.
- Enter the following information:

API URL:
https://api.oneflow.com/v1/ - API Token: The token you saved from Step 1
- Workspace ID: The ID you saved from Step 2

Template ID: The ID you saved from Step 3

- Click Save.

SUCCESS Your Good Sign integration is now complete. Contracts created in Good Sign will automatically sync to your selected Oneflow workspace for e-signing. |
