Template: Create Oneflow contracts when deal status is updated in NetHunt CRM (Zapier)

This Zap creates a Oneflow contract whenever a deal's stage changes to Negotiating in NetHunt CRM.

This streamlines CRM processes by ensuring the timely creation of contracts.

1. Trigger: Updated opportunity stage in NetHunt CRM

App & event

  • Select NetHunt CRM as the app.
  • Event: Set to New or Updated Record in filter. This means the Zap starts when a deal's status changes in NetHunt.

Account

  • Select your NetHunt CRM account from the dropdown list.
    • If the desired account isn't listed, click + Connect a new account to add it.

Trigger

  • Field: Set to Stage (the field that triggers this Zap).
  • Search Query: Set to Negotiating (the stage name that triggers the Zap).
  • Folder: Set to Deals (the folder where stage changes will be monitored).

2. Action: Create contract in Oneflow

When the NetHunt opportunity reaches the defined stage, a contract is created in Oneflow.

Choose account

  • Oneflow account: Select your connected Oneflow account.

Set up action

  • Create contract as: Select the Oneflow user who will create the contract. The available Templates and Workspace options depend on the selected account.
  • Contract name: Defaults to the Deal Name field from NetHunt but can be customized.
  • Workspace: Select the Oneflow workspace where the contract will be created.
  • Template: Select a template from your Oneflow account.

Data fields (optional)

NOTE

  • You can map values from NetHunt CRM fields to Oneflow data fields.
  • The selected template must belong to a template group that includes data fields created in Oneflow.
  • Learn more: Create a contract with data fields.
  • How many data fields to map: Enter the number of data fields you would like to configure (1–3).
    • The corresponding fields will appear below.
  • Value of field n: Enter the desired value for the data field.

3. Action: Find record in NetHunt CRM

This step identifies which contact from NetHunt you want to add as a participant in the Oneflow contract.

  • Folder: Select Contacts as the folder to search.
  • Record: Select Contact person to determine which contact attribute is used for the search.
  • Search Query: Enter the value to search for (e.g., the contact's name or email).
  • Consider success when nothing is found: Defaults to No. Selecting Yes allows the Zap to continue even if no record is found.

4. Action: Add participant in Oneflow

This step adds a participant to the contract.

NOTE

This template includes pre-filled participant fields. Modify them as needed or click Continue to proceed.

  • Add new participant to contract as: Choose who adds the participant.
    • Contract creator (default): Adds the participant as the contract creator.
    • Another Oneflow user: Adds the participant as another Oneflow account user.
  • Participant type: Choose the type of participant.
    • Individual (default): Adds an individual as a counterparty.
    • Colleague/Participant: Adds an owner-side party.
    • Company: Adds a company as a counterparty.

NOTE

The available fields vary depending on the selected participant type.

  • Party ID (if participant type is colleague): Enter a unique identifier for the legal entity (e.g., registration number).
  • Company name (if participant type is company): Enter or select the company name from NetHunt.
  • Participant name: Defaults to the First Name from the deal in NetHunt.
  • Participant email: Defaults to the contact's email in NetHunt.
  • Role in contract:
    • Signatory (default): The participant must sign the contract.
    • Viewer: The participant can only view the contract.

5. Action: Create comment in NetHunt CRM

  • Folder: Select the NetHunt folder where the comment will be created (default: Deals).
  • Record: Defaults to the NetHunt deal from the trigger step.
  • Text: Includes a message with a link to the Oneflow contract.

NOTE

Once all steps are configured, publish the Zap to automate contract creation between NetHunt CRM and Oneflow.
