The purpose of this guide is to explain the Add Product Oneflow event in Zapier. This event can be used to add products to a Oneflow product table inside a Oneflow contract.
A single contract can contain a maximum of three product tables, each with up to ten products.
The following steps describe how to add a new product to a Oneflow contract.
Step 1: Selecting the app and event
- First, select Oneflow as the app.
- Then select the event Add Product.
Step 2: Adding the account
- Connect your Oneflow account to Zapier. Click Choose.
- A list of connected Oneflow accounts (if multiple exist) will appear. If your account is not listed, click Connect a new account to add it.
Step 3: Configuring the action
- Select the account where you want to update or add a new product to the product table.
- Provide the Contract ID of the contract that needs a product added to its product table. This can be a contract created in a previous step of your Zap or an existing contract in Oneflow that contains a product table.
Select the Product Table ID where you want to add the new product. This is automatically populated based on the product tables that are currently in the contract.
- Add the Name and Description of the new product.
Then add the price details.
NOTE Price values must be rounded to two decimal places. Do not include symbols, only numerical values are accepted. |
NOTE For discounts: If the discount is a percentage value, add the percentage symbol (%). If it is a numeric value, just enter the number itself. |
- Next, add quantity-related data.
First, select the Quantity type.
Based on the selected type, add the Quantity value next.
If the type is Quantity, enter the amount as an integer.
If the type is Multiple choice (checkbox) or Single choice (radio button), enter 1 for checked/selected and 0 for unchecked/deselected.
- Finally, select the Lock for counterparties value.
If "Yes" is selected, the counterparties of the contract will not be able to edit this product in the product table.
If "No" is selected, the product added to the product table will be editable by counterparties.
