When a comment is added to the Oneflow contract, the Oneflow Comment: After Insert Flow creates an activity on the Opportunity that includes the comment content. This allows you to see real-time Oneflow comment messages from the Salesforce record Activity log without navigating to the Oneflow contract.
You can find this flow at Setup > Process Automation > Flows > Oneflow Comment: After Insert.
In the default setup, values for Description, DurationInMinutes, StartDateTime, Subject, and WhatId are assigned to the Event object when a new record is created. You can override this default configuration to assign values to other fields on the Event object or modify the mapped values to suit your requirements.
