My Dashboard

When you log into Oneflow, the overview is the first thing you encounter. It shows some statistics about how well you are doing right now.

Document statuses

The first thing you will probably notice are the status boxes that show how many documents there are Pending, Signed, Declined, and Overdue. These boxes are clickable and will take you directly to the document archive with the corresponding filter.

Date range

The dashboard displays documents sent within a specific date range. It is set to show the last 30 days. You can easily change the period shown in the dashboard by clicking on the date field in the top right corner.

Statistics

Time to signSign rate

Colleagues' statistics

Depending on whether you have permission to see your colleagues' documents, you can choose to see how things are going just for you or for the entire team!

By scrolling down, you can also get a clearer insight into how your colleagues are doing.
