Linked data fields are not populated when a contract is created in Upsales

If the information (email, address, phone number) about the counterparty is not automatically populated in a contract created in Upsales, please consider the following:

  • If no contact is selected in the deal, the system will not send that contact's information to Oneflow, and the data fields in the contract will not be populated.
Price data fields not syncing

Verify the 'Price column settings' in the Oneflow app in Upsales. Ensure the recurring charges and one-off charges are not set to 'Don't sync'.

Products are not transferred to the Oneflow contract

The Upsales integration requires the Oneflow template to contain exactly one product table. If your template includes multiple product tables, the integration cannot determine where to place the products, and none will be transferred.

To fix this:

  • Edit your Oneflow template to ensure it contains only one product table.
  • Alternatively, select a different template that has a single product table. Or, create a new Upsales template in Oneflow that contains one product table.
