Access denied

If you're having any trouble with the Teamtailor integration, here are some things you can try:

In some cases, a recruiter creates a job (or a job is created on behalf of someone else). In this case:

  • The recruiter must have the same email address in Oneflow and Teamtailor.
  • The recruiter must have access to the Workspaces and templates.

If you see the following error message, you need to grant the user access to the Workspace you are using in Oneflow.

The recruiter for this job does not seem to have a Oneflow account with the same email

If you see this message, the recruiter assigned to the job does not have a Oneflow account.

  • Create a Oneflow account for this person and grant access to Workspaces.
  • Or assign the job to another recruiter who already has a Oneflow account.
Request data format invalid

If you see this message, you have not filled in the email for the candidate.

The candidate must be created again in Teamtailor with first name, last name, and email.
 

The deleted custom field is still visible in the contract

If you delete a custom field in Teamtailor, it will also be removed from Oneflow. However, the deleted data fields will still be visible until the user creates the next contract.

The Integrations button is not shown on the candidate's profile page

If the candidate has not been added to any job, the Integrations button will not be displayed on the candidate's profile page.

Please, make sure the candidate has been added to a job so that the Integrations button becomes available.
