I get an error message "This document type is not compatible. If you wish to continue, please convert the document to Google Docs."

Currently, Oneflow only accepts Google Docs and Google Slides as document formats to create the contract, so you need to convert your files into Google Docs or Google Slides according to the described methods below.

  1. For Microsoft Word documents (file format: .docx/.doc)

In the menu bar of Google Docs, go to File > Save as Google Docs as shown in the image.

NOTE

If you convert this document into Google Docs, it will create another copy of the current document in your Google Drive.

  1. For Microsoft PowerPoint files (file format: .pptx/.ppt)

In the menu bar of Google Slides, go to File > Save as Google Slides as shown in the image.

NOTE

If you convert this document into Google Slides, it will create another copy of the current document in your Google Drive.

  1. For other types of documents (file formats: .txt, etc.)

Open the file in Google Drive and click Open with Google Docs.

NOTE

If you convert this document into Google Docs, it will create another copy of the current document in your Google Drive.

If the above methods are not working, please note that the file conversion process into Google Docs is not supported yet for those file types. So please use Google Docs to create a document.

I added a Google Workspace API token in the Oneflow add-on, but I’m getting an error saying, “Invalid Oneflow API token. The Oneflow API token is not from your account”.

This error occurs when you try to connect your Oneflow account with a Google add-on using a different email address.

My Oneflow account does not show the settings page?

It's because you don’t have administrative permissions on your Oneflow account. You have to be an administrator of your Oneflow account in order to connect it with different apps.

NOTE

If you need a Oneflow account with admin rights, please contact your organisation's Oneflow administrator.

How to check if I have admin rights in the Oneflow web app?

To check if your Oneflow account has admin rights, log in to the Oneflow web app and look for the cog wheel in the lower left corner.

NOTE

If you need a Oneflow account with admin rights, please contact your organisation's Oneflow administrator.
