Getting started for non-admin users

After completing the initial installation and setup for your organization, all non-admin users who want to use the app will need to install it to start creating documents from Pipedrive.

Prerequisites

To be able to use this integration, your Oneflow account will have to fulfill these conditions:

  • You must have an account in Oneflow and Pipedrive with the same email.
  • The Oneflow application for Pipedrive has already been set up by an administrator for your organization.
  • You belong to your organization's Oneflow account (if not, please request the Oneflow administrator in your organization to invite you).
  • We recommend signing in to your Pipedrive and Oneflow accounts before starting the installation and setup process.

Setup

Install Oneflow for Pipedrive

  1. Go to the Pipedrive Marketplace, search for "Oneflow" and click Install now.
  1. Review the application permission list and click Allow and Install to provide the required permissions.
  1. If your organization's administrator has already installed the application and completed the setup, you will receive the message "Integration setup successful". You can now create documents from a deal, organization, or person in Pipedrive.

NOTE

If you encounter an error during the setup process, see Troubleshooting to learn how to resolve it.
