Getting started with Adocka

This article explains how you integrate and get started with the Adocka - Oneflow integration.

REQUIREMENTS

  • The setup has to be done by an administrator in both systems.
  • Log in to both Oneflow and Adocka using the same email address

In Oneflow

Activate the Adocka Integration

  1. Log in to Oneflow as an administrator and navigate to Marketplace.
  2. Scroll down to Adocka and click on Enable.
  1. When Adocka is enabled, the Oneflow system generates an API token. The token will only be shown once so make sure to copy it and save it in a safe place. It will be needed later when setting up the integration.

In Adocka

Configure Oneflow Settings

  1. Log in to Adocka and find the Oneflow tab in the top bar.
  1. Choose Settings and paste your API token.

The integration is activated! Just a few more steps.

Configure Templates and Data Fields

  1. Now, head back to Oneflow and go to Templates.
  2. For every template you want to connect in Adocka, go to Data Fields and set the Adocka Template as Template Group. Don't forget to save.
  1. Your final step is to connect data fields in your template.

The Oneflow integration is now active! Time to create contracts.
