IMPORTANT
The dashboard displays documents sent within a specific date range. It is set to show the last 30 days.

Currency

When setting a value for a document, you can also select a currency. If no currency is selected, the workspace’s default currency (set in branding) will be applied automatically.

When exporting data, the selected currency is included as a separate column, making it easier to analyze and perform calculations.

Filter on Value and Currency

You can filter documents based on both value and currency directly from the filter panel.
This allows you to quickly identify documents within a specific value range or with a particular currency.

Good to know

  • The country set at account level determines the default workspace currency. If a workspace has branding enabled, the country set there determines the currency instead. You can select a different currency in the dropdown menu when setting the value.
  • If you set a period with an end date earlier than today (for example, "previous month"), no statistics for the document number or value will be shown under Overdue. Since the expiration date could have been changed, our system cannot track it.
